Handmade porcelain covered jar fired in a soda kiln. This jar sits on a narrow foot and has slightly straight walls. The lid fits snuggly. The surface has a sweeping brush stroke texture and it is glazed in a beautiful blue green glaze that turns wine red where thicker. This covered jar measures 9 1/2" tall from the foot to the top of the knob. and 4 1/4" in diameter at its widest point.
